radio first apeared during the 19th century but it was only in the experimental stages and it wasnt until the early 20th century when radio became what it is.

computer games first started to apear around the early 1950's when colleges in britain and america started to make computerized versions of board games like tic tack toe and checkers.
the main industry leaders in computer games are becoming infinity ward, EA sports, SEGA, insomniac and konami but the key companies in the industry are now sony, microsoft and nintendo because they provide the consoles for the games to be made on.
im interested in this part of the media industry because ive always had an understanding of game design and ive always been interested in games.
